Identity Verification

We have been unable to verify your identity through our automated process. In order to proceed with account registration, please provide one (1) form of identification from List A, one (1) from list B, and one (1) “selfie” photo displaying the front of your ID selected from List B. If your name and/address is different than what was provided on documents from List A and List B, please also provide a document from List C.

Documents must be original, not expired, in color and clearly display the required information.

The following formats are accepted for document upload: .JPEG, .PDF, .PNG, .DOC, .DOCX, .RTF, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .TIF.

List B: Document and Photos to Confirm Address and Identity (Required)

We are in need of some information and ask that you take a moment to send us the following:

Select one (1) of the following government issued IDs from the list below:
- Driver's License with current address
- US state-issued identification
- US Military Identification card
- Mexican Consular Identification card
You will need to take three (3) photos as instructed below:
- Take one (1) photo of the front of the government issued ID you selected;
- Take one (1) photo of the back of the government issued ID you selected; and
- Take one (1) “selfie” photo of you holding your chosen government-issued ID. Your selfie should be taken so that the front of the ID is displayed.

**While taking the selfie, you should hold the identification card like the below picture. Please make sure that all images comply with the Selfie/Photo Image Requirements listed below.

**Selfie/Photo Image Requirements

Do not edit the images in any way.
ID should be completely readable and not covered.
The selfie needs to include your full face and head, with no distortions, shadows or reflections of light.
If someone takes the selfie for you, make sure they take it from up close and include as little background as possible (remember, no cropping is permitted).
Don’t wear sunglasses, hats, or anything else that obstructs your face. If possible, remove glasses (even clear ones) to avoid problems with glare.
Make sure we can clearly see your face.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
